What are Frequencies?
At its simplest, a frequency is the rate at which something vibrates, oscillates or repeats. Sound, light, radio waves and the electrical activity within the body all involve different frequencies.
Our bodies, and those of our animals, are constantly responding to information from the world around us. Heart rhythms, brain activity, sound, light and electromagnetic signals are all examples of patterns that can be measured in frequencies. We are all energetic beings.
At ZenTails Transformations, I use frequency-based technologies to provide gentle, non-invasive energetic support. Rather than diagnosing or treating a particular condition, the intention is to support the body and nervous system towards greater balance, regulation and coherence.
The frequency provides the information, but the body does the work.
Think of frequencies as information rather than a treatment. They offer the body a gentle energetic prompt, while your own system decides how to respond. (This is not a conscious response) The aim isn’t to force change, but to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, rebalance and move towards greater coherence.
And for animals, the same principle applies. We aren’t forcing their bodies to do anything. We’re offering gentle frequency-based information and allowing their own system to respond in its own way and at its own pace.
The added benefit to working with animals to which I particularly enjoy, is there is NO placebo effect! You can’t explain, reason with or convince an animal it will work, they simply know and accept – more than that actually, almost all animals give an immediate physical response when they feel the frequencies land in their bodies. When I first brought Healy into my life, it was to support my own mental health. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and a constant, heavy undercurrent of doom and gloom.
What I was acutely aware of, yet until this time, felt utterly powerless to be able to do anything about, was how deeply my late dog, Inca, was absorbing my emotions. This was my driving force for purchasing my first Healy device.
The perils of rescuing a dog abroad (in this case, Spain) without seeing the dog in person! Having been spayed extremely prematurely at just three months old by the rescue organisation (after guessing her age very incorrectly(!)) her hormonal and nervous systems were, quite frankly, shot to pieces. It broke my heart. Not only did she have her own heightened sensitivities to deal with, but the poor girl had to deal with mine too. My underlying emotional state was adding to how she reacted to her surroundings and other dogs.
I absolutely knew that to help Inca calm down and feel safer, I had to treat my own internal baseline first.
Using Healy brought the emotional shift and clarity I desperately needed. As my own frequency elevated and my anxiety and depression lifted, the ripple effect on Inca was profound. It reinforced a truth I hold dearly: our pets mirror our energy, and when we raise our vibration, we create a sanctuary for them, too.
Despite my canine behaviour and psychology knowledge and implementing my many years of experience, there were gaps that I simply couldn’t fill… until the Healy came along. Neither one takes away from the other, quite the opposite, having a canine behavioural background is a god send and blending the two together for my canine clients brings a level of insight and clarity I previously didn’t possess.
